Process of Production

This process applies to both leather shoes and modern sports/casual footwear

1. Design & Planning

Shoe designers create sketches or 3D models.
Materials, colors, and shoe types (sports, leather, formal, casual) are finalized.

2. Material Selection

Choosing leather, synthetic, fabric, rubber, foam, adhesives depending on the shoe type.
High-quality materials ensure comfort and durability.

3. Cutting

Upper material (leather/fabric) is cut into specific patterns using cutting dies or machines.
Sole components are also cut (rubber, EVA, or leather soles).

4. Stitching / Sewing (Upper Preparation)

Different cut parts (toe cap, vamp, quarter, lining) are stitched together.
Reinforcements and designs (logos, eyelets, zippers) are added.

5. Lasting

The stitched upper is stretched and shaped over a shoe last (foot-shaped mold).
This ensures proper fitting and shoe structure.

6. Sole Attachment

Midsoles and outsoles are attached to the upper.
Methods: cementing (gluing), vulcanization, or direct injection molding.
Heels (if any) are also fixed.

7. Finishing

Edges trimmed, excess glue removed.
Polishing, brushing, painting, or embossing for final look.

8. Quality Check

Each shoe is checked for comfort, size accuracy, stitching quality, and durability.
Defective pairs are rejected or repaired.

9. Packaging

Cleaned shoes are packed in boxes with labels, tags, and barcodes.
